Written in a style the recalls the Golden Age of comics, HoaOE includes heroes who know right from wrong, villains who are evil, and civilians who need to stay out of the way. The heroes of the Alliance of Mystery Heroes are similar to the heroes you are familiar with, but there are twists in these stories that you don't see all the time in the comics you buy at the store. And, there is more to come!

"Heroes" shows a lot of imagination. Dan, the author, has a lot of fun setting up worlds populated with classic villains who tangle with comic book style heroes in a 1940's-style setting.
I'm something of a novice to this alternate reality, so I found the setup for the stories to be a bit hasty -- not enough foundation-laying as to what was "real" in this reality. But other than that I found it entertaining.
