Dandelion Request Form is a short story about reconciling the past and living for the future, one dandelion at a time.

Extended description

Wearing only a yellow bikini, Shelly Bibsin arrives at her mother's funeral to find that not much has changed about her hometown of Bloomfield. Told from the point of view of her younger brother who is dieing from AIDS, the story reveals a past of secrets and pain. To reconcile both their estrangements and their past, Shelly undertakes a creative revenge on her childhood home.

At times funny and sad, Dandelion Request Form is a short story that reveals the rigid structures that bind and tear apart relationships.
