Dictators continue to dictate, despots to be despicable, tyrants to be tiring, and megalomaniacs to ... megal (which is like meddling, except it involves the use of artillery). To make things worse, the UN has been disbanded, and somewhere on the planet, there is a religious fanatic with a deadly secret.

Amidst all the madness, sorrow and suffering in the world, there is only one woman who can save it.

She has a nasty cold, and she has just missed her bus.
