Imagine if all time spent on conflict and conflict resolution was spent in a more productive manner. Imagine that ideas and solutions could be brought forward by all the employees instead of just the ones willing to fight to be heard. It can happen. Many workplaces are very successful at creating a truly open-door workplace. Unfortunately there is more than just your immediate workforce to deal with.
