WONDERFUL, FABULOUS, STUPENDOUS. Great book. It was fantastic to see an author get all aspects of the Texas desert right. I loved it. Great plot, nice twists and turns. Could not have asked for a better ending.

I'm a pretty jaded individual, so when a story gives me a shiver of shock and fear, I know it's good! This was such a great, gripping read. I was hooked from the first page and couldn't put it down until I was done.

The twist was perfect, and the ending extremely satisfying. I can't wait to read more from this author!

A brilliant read. I read the whole thing and throughly enjoyed it. I enjoyed the way you built your characters and made me hate them or love them, just as a good author should be able to do. Your dialog is just great and sounded so realistic.

It's strange, I just joined Smashwords three days ago and this reminds me so much of my first submission of a very short story, which shows me what I might have done with my story if I had decided to expand on it. It was one of the very first stories I ever wrote.

I would have given you five stars, the story deserves it. but you do have several formatting errors. As good as this story is, I would go back and make all formatting corrections. There were a few pages with just one word or one sentence on it and a few formatting directions not deleted.

Best of luck with your writing.
