A Private Conversation with God

Rated 3.67/5 based on 3 reviews
Just a Closer Walk with Thee, Oh Lord. This is the theme of this writing and for those who read this, my hope is that it will inspire you and give you a deeper desire to have a closer, more intimate relationship with the one True God. For those who don't hold the same Faith, my hope is that you will reconsider. God, in His Word said, "If you will search for me with all your heart you will find me"

About Tim Hicks

Tim Hicks is a native Texan who grew up living life to the beat of a different drummer. He has mastered the art of speaking four languages: English, East Texan, Country and sometimes a little Hillbilly. He's a wanna-be country boy whose roots are in the big city. He comes from a loving family and is the middle kid of three. Never getting to be first but not quite coming in last either.
Over the years, Tim has developed a genuine love of writing and one day hopes to actually turn that love into something more than doodling on the bathroom walls at the nearest Walmart.
Tim Hicks is feeling right about now how strange it is to be referring to himself in the third person writing this bio so Tim is going to stop this nonsense and get back to doing what Tim loves doing the most...."Where's the nearest Walmart.?

EXCELLENT Message!!!!
Excellent. Tim Hicks' prayers and writings are filled with Scriptural truth and deal with everyday things we all struggle with or walk in. To date Bronnie WU has written nothing and seems a bit bitter and shallow based on the unnecessarily comment. I totally disagree with Bronnie. God bless Tim Hicks for serving the LORD as he reaches out to testify to the greatness and utter goodness of the One whose air we breathe and before whom we shall soon stand to give full account of our lives!

The last review is an Excellent example of what happens when someone is willing to take a stand for the Truth. This was never intended to be anything other than one mans expression of love for his Creator. Evidently this has stirred up a few devils that hate the truth. Great truth will always be met with great persecution. I give it 5 Large Stars. Bronnie Wu doesn't hate the messenger, but the spirit in her sure hates the message.

Living as though Pascal's Wager rules one's life is to live a life in fear. This is self-indulgent (and poorly written) clap-trap. The aggressive introduction does nothing for the piece nor does the lack of content. This should be categorised fantasy and not non-fiction.
