Also included is a preview of WATER, the shortly to be published first volume of Elements of Swimming, a five-volume explanation of all aspects of aquatic movement covering hydrodynamics, biomechanics, physiology, testing and scientific support, and the coordination of all of the above into a sustainable and successful program.
