This book needs a good editor. So many egregious grammatical errors, adverb overload, vocabulary misuse, wooden characters and poor English. There may be a good story in here somewhere, but I gave up long before I got to it.

I'm not sure whether the writer is ESL. If so, it would explain a great deal. In that case, though, she really needs to find a good translator. This reads like it was fed into Babelfish.
