About Steven Attewell

Steve Attewell was born in the sleepy village of Fair Oak in the south of England in the peak of the long, hot summer of 1975. He thinks this might be why he doesn't like the cold very much. His first published book of amusing poetry for kids is "Once, I Laughed My Socks Off".

Loved all these poems, especially 'Ebb & Flo' and 'Trees' but each were charming in their way.
Steve has a very natural rhyming style which feels easy and belies his craft. I know my grandies will enjoy my reading these to them... I'm looking forward to the pictures with the text so will have to buy the printed book for her next birthday.
