Author Bio: Kathy Bennett served twenty-nine years with the Los Angeles Police Department; eight as a civilian employee and twenty-one years as a sworn police officer.

Grabbed me from the very first page! Had to finally put it down due to my eyes were burning so bad. ;-) Like the op, wish the follow up was ready now. Hope to watch for it here when available. One question I have: After searching our local library, there were NO books/authors available. Live in a city of around 200K and wonder why it's not available here.??

Loved the book. Read it straight through. I couldn't put it down. Loved Maddie and her partner and the great story line. Can't wait for your next book. Hope to see more Jade Donovan in future books.
