Short description

Bobo the robot cares for the elderly. But when his last charge dies the ancient caretaker finds himself cast out into the wider world beyond the retirement home. This is a world his primitive brain cannot understand, until he is forcibly upgraded by robot activists, and has an epiphany that will change human-robot relations forever: one so warped it could only have come from a machine mind.

Extended description

Bobo is programmed for life in a retirement home, feeding and changing and mourning the residents there. When the home is closed down forever Bobo is cast out to make his own way in a world of hostile humans, insane robot activists, and the brutal firepower of police enforcer machines. Follow Bobo as he learns to imitate those around him, finding a way to blend into society and, ultimately, to reshape it in his own image.
