Extended description

Police Chief Ted Jasper needs to solve a crime and catch a murderer quickly. Lives may be at stake, but the criminal won't talk about who might be hidden away, waiting to die.

The only man who can help has a unique way of viewing art. Patrick Medford built a brilliant career as a renowned art historian, until he used the skill that gave him his insights to the point where madness lurked nearby. Jasper has to convince his old friend to dive into a dark mind using a method far from standard police procedure.

Part art appreciation, part paranormal mystery, "Into His Art" is a thrilling short story that leaves readers wondering how much artists put of themselves into their work.

I just finished reading this story and I have to say it was incredible. Very well done, Mr. Hadsall. This could easily be turned into the next Silence of the Lambs or Hannibal. The characters are vivid and easy to relate to. The writing flows well and you paint a vivid picture for the reader to enjoy. I'd read this as a novel or even a series. Excellent work! I am hooked and eagerly awaiting you next installment or for the full novel.
