Nude and Wounded in Sin City

Rated 5.00/5 based on 1 reviews
In this erotic revenge short story, Adrienne’s heart, though intact, is peculiar in that it is also empty. It is “whole” and “hole” in equal measure and demands, as do her other holes, to be filled with some regularity. The website she uses to hook up with married men serves her well in that regard. More

About Anthony Beal

My 15 years of publishing credits include contributions to multiple print and online publications, as well as all three volumes of the Dark Dreams horror anthology series edited by award-winning horror novelist Brandon Massey, the Chocolate Flava 2: Succulent anthology edited by New York Times best-selling author Zane, Las Vegas-themed erotica anthology Sin City, and the bisexual threesome erotica anthology Some Like It Bi, both edited by The Dark Duet Trilogy author Jennifer Roberts.

My other interests include drinking, graphic novels, Japanese language and culture, cooking, poetry by Paul Lawrence Dunbar, and fiction by Gabriel García Márquez, Charles Bukowski, Edgar Allen Poe, Anaïs Nin, and Henry Miller, the latter three of whom I count among my most significant writing influences.

My debut novel-length work titled The Escapists: An Erotic Fantasy Novel, has garnered multiple 5-star reviews and continues to earn praise. I'm currently working on the next book in that series (more often than not at times when I should be asleep), a planned trilogy.

I have had the distinct pleasure of working with Anthony Beal on two anthologies: Sin City and Some Like it Bi. This particular story was included in the Sin City anthology and when I received it for editing I was simply BLOWN AWAY!

I met Anthony Beal through other writers, but I got to know him through his work. I love his writing because he does not flinch. He looks directly into the soul of his characters and bares them to the reader. His work is dark and twisted, sexy and profound. He says things most people don't have the courage to say and he says them like a poet.

This story, like Anthony's others submerges the reader in an erotic world filled with mystery and giddy excitement for the taboo. Adrienne is a woman on a mission, to fill the void inside herself by having men fill her as often and as thoroughly as possible.

You start to believe this is a story about a broken woman seeking and finding redemption, but what you discover is that Anthony Beal never gives you the status quo. The story turns into something much darker, and much more shocking.

Adrienne has made some enemies and what happens next is not what I expected. If you like it HOT, SMART, and DARK, you must read Anthony Beal!
