Short description

High school is a dangerous place for Josie especially now since she has caught the attention of Jacob...the senior who the school bully, Isabella has her sights on.

Extended description

Josie shivered at the feel of cold steel pressed against her temple as she leaned hard against the school fence. Holding onto the bars so tight, she felt her flesh would tear, she watched as Rani and Isabella made their way across the grass area to where she stood peering out between the black bars. Isabella’s dark hair swirled in delicate waves around her attractive face, her fake smile accompanied the sharp gleam in her eyes. There was no way out of this now. There was nowhere to run; nowhere to hide. She was in as deep as she could go.

We are all aware of the damage that bullying can cause and this story illustrates that pain and anguish in graphic detail. In this instance a clever strategy devised by Josie and her friends leads to the bullies' ultimate exposure.
