Sebastian and Siobhan are twin hunters, tasked with protecting mankind from the things that go bump in the night. Working under the umbrella of the Directorate, they have trained and worked to accomplish this purpose. It is what they were born and bred for.

They live in a world where mankind has been cut off from the use of all magic, an aftermath after the final battle between Morgan and Merlin. To protect the world against another power-hungry witch, Merlin sealed off access to everyone not of fae blood, sacrificing himself to do so.

Now, centuries later, an evil sect has arisen to undo what Merlin had done. But to break open the seal, they need a source of power that hasn't been seen in as long. To do so, they intend on resurrecting Judas Iscariot, the betrayer of Jesus and father of all sin. If they can but harness the power that he reliquished, that of all seven mortal sins, then they will be able to possess the innate and hidden power of the elements, the magic.
