Short description

Granddaughter Samantha Baker agrees to sell old family homestead in Saskatchewan, AB. Sam's friend Kriste interacts with ghost and dies at house. Joel then comes to help Sam, romance blooms. Neighbors say ghosts and money are still in house. Sam learns history of house from her Grandmother. Sam discovers where two baby's are buried and money is found. House is torn down.

A House Without
To get away from an embarrassing situation and learn more of her family history, Samantha Baker, has agreed to fix up and sell the old house of her great grandparents Henry and Christina Henderson.
When Sam gets to Prairie View no trades’ people will work for her. Strange things began to happen. Sam asks her friend Kristi Parsons to come and help her.
After Kristi arrives at the house she realizes where she is, and is overcome by evil memories.
Sam’s goes to her neighbor Mrs. Knutson, who tells about the appalling things that Henry Henderson did that landed him in jail. This includes the story of Martha, Henry Henderson’s youngest daughter and her daughter Amalie who returns to the farm when Amalie’s husband dies. (Read more) A House Without

A few weeks after her visit to Prairie View, Kristi is found dead on the back porch of the farm house in Saskatchewan, just like Sam’s great grandfather.
Sam is arrested in Kelowna and returned to Saskatchewan, but is released for lack of evidence.
Joel Dawdiak, a Canadian paratrooper stationed in Chilliwack, BC is called by Sam to Saskatchewan to help her.
Joel and Sam need to find out who really owns the house. Sam, posing as a ‘blond bombshell’ lures the owner of the Sinclair Real Estate & Rental Agency who has been looking after the house, away from the office. Joel is caught breaking in by the secretary to George F.W. but manages to slip away. She calls the RCMP and a car chase ensues. Joel evades the law.
Sam returns to Langley to confront her grandmother. Elizabeth tells her the history behind her dysfunctional family. How Elizabeth’s parents Heinrich and Christina Rosenberg emigrated to Canada on a freighter and changed their name to Henry and Christina Henderson. And why Christina, Elizabeth’s mother, washed one wall of the farmhouse kitchen every day. Sam is also told of the botched land scam that saw Elizabeth’s father Henry, jailed for murder and grand theft. The stolen money was never found.
Sam returns to the farm house and finds the gristly evidence of two murdered baby boys. She also finds the money.
The cursed house is finally demolished and the property put up for sale.
Joel is now Sam’s new boyfriend.
