Exploration of an ancient city with a huge sensawunda sculpture with a Purpose. Fine writing, perfectly nice plot.

Smashwords also has "Becalmed" set in the same universe, but in order to buy the full-size books (starting with "Diving into the wreck") you must have a US address and a US credit card/paypal account.

This is one of the few scraps I get to read from this universe, I wish I were allowed to read the rest.
