Being hectic is a part of our lives now but if we can learn to stay calm within it, then we stay tuned into who we truly are. We can balance ourselves out more effectively so that we can make better decisions and be more creative. Stay relaxed within your hectic lives and the journey will be more enjoyable.

Extended description

This is my fourth book in a series of meditation books. Being hectic is part of our lives now and this book gives natural ways to help you relax and balance your lives. Each book is about different aspects of meditation and how it relates to the individual person. It is simple to read and is a guide on how to approach the process of meditation while dealing with different topics. Each book builds on the previous book. Each book contains a series of meditations for sitting, laying, standing and walking. It contains suggestions on how to incorporate different aspects like journaling and thought processes. Each meditation guides the person in a point by point process incorporating the physical body as a guide. Meditation is a journey and I have written these books as a simple guide to learn and enjoy the process.
