Let me put it this way - I have the book itself. I still bought the E-book as a second copy. That's how highly I regard Jack's work and his defense. This is without a doubt one of the top 2 or 3 youth specific defenses in existence. This defense can be whatever you need it to be - bend not break, super aggressive, flexible and complex, or very simple. Whatever you need, this book, and this defense, has.

Jack's defense is solid and easy to teach to kids. Jack is detailed oriented which helps the first time coach as well as a guy who has coached for 10 years. If you get this defense it will make you a better coach.

I am a youth coach and have been coaching for eight years. This book should be named The 6-3 Manual, it has the whole defense, who to select for what position in what order, it has the drills that go hand in hand with what you are trying to install.
It has questions that have been asked by folks running the defense and the answers are field tested. I am confident that this book will meet your needs as new coach, experienced coach, or even a veteran.

Coach Gregory has done a fantastic job of teaching and detailing a dynamic defense. In its base, the defense is sound. Yet, when you begin understanding the stack concepts the defense becomes a highly flexible and aggressive force which capable of adjusting to different offensive styles. Most importantly it gives the DC the ability to dictate the rules of engagement to the offense.
