I wrote a review, it appears to have been removed, but I got a reminder from Smashwords to review, so here goes. This "book" is only about 1500 words long and would do well as a blog post. A very quick read in a few short minutes. shift your focus to others, don't be a victim, hang out with others listen to music and be grateful. Details in the "book".
