Aside from some grammar issues, this story was very enjoyable. It was a good length and was very well paced.

On the positive side: The story sounds interesting. I liked the author's dedication to description throughout the piece.
On the negative side: Grammar is an issue. The sentence structures throughout are riddled with technical problems.
Words for the author: You have a good idea here, but for some reason, you have not developed it into a perfected masterpiece before publication. This leaves the reader feeling frustrated. Please find a creative writing group in your area, or start one of your own and meet at the library. They may be able to help you unlock issues in your writing that you may not have seen before. Good luck!
