This is a terrific book. Short and to the point. And that is the point.
Why spend hours a week on mind-numbing exercises if you don't have to? As the author states, the "secret" is exercise selection and exercising correctly. Done right, less is actually better.
And how is 1 to 3 minutes for a workout?
Terrific I say.
