Bought this book and let it languish in my ereader for awhile. But once I started it, I found it very enrgossing. Finished it in a matter of days. There were several storylines interwoven together and although classified as a romance, there was a fair amount of intrigue and action as well. I hope the sequel is coming soon.

Atlantis Rising: From Beneath They Come by Mark Stephens is one of the best paranormal romances I have ever read. I like the fact that there is two stories going on at the same time: Agent Fitzimmons’ story, and Dylan and Jaron’s story. Dylan meets Jaron at the beach, and while Jaron might not be as human as he seems, they fall in love anyway. Then the classic “boy meets girls, they fall in love, boy gets accused of brutal murders, disappears, comes back, then disappears again, etc” tale ensues. Meanwhile, Agent Fitzimmons and his partner, Angelo, are investigating these murders and getting thoroughly confused by them. I don’t want to give anything else away, but this book is very suspenseful and leaves on a huge cliffhanger. I can’t wait for the sequel!
