Short description
This book is about learning about your mental body and how your thoughts affect how you live your life. So often we feel that we are locked in a mental jail that is not possible to escape from. This book explains the different ways you can change how you think and to use your mental body as a positive and powerful tool.
This is my fifth book in a series of meditation books. This book deals with our mental thoughts and processes. Our mind is a powerful tool that can be used to change how we feel and react. Learn to use your thoughts in a more positive way. Each of my books is about different aspects of meditation and how it relates to the individual person. It is simple to read and is a guide on how to approach the process of meditation while dealing with different topics. Each book builds on the previous book. Each book contains a series of meditations for sitting, laying, standing and walking. It contains suggestions on how to incorporate different aspects like journaling and thought processes. Each meditation guides the person in a point by point process incorporating the physical body as a guide. Meditation is a journey and I have written these books as a simple guide to learn and enjoy the process.
