This book made me cry near the end! Its about an old man who runs away from home when he finds out his family he is living with are putting him in a nursing home. Even though I have seen a lot of the area Eric takes us from the back of a motorcycle, Eric paints a wonderful picture with his flowing words. I felt like I was on the back of the bike seeing it all again. John's adventure takes us through Oklahoma and Arkansas while on the run from the law that is looking for him.
