I finished this book in 24 hours! I thought it was a great read and hopefully the start of a series! I would love to read more about Jen as she goes through changes like high school and growing up.

I found this story to be humorous and engaging, and I really wanted to see more of this character Jen by the end of the book. It reminded me of my own early 90's teen years, with the added complications of trying to communicate through texting. I think you have done a wonderful job using musical references and cultural references in the piece, and because music is a big part of your life, you were able to incorporate them seamlessly without it feeling forced or fake. Really a fun read!
