About Richard Hill

Richard Hill grew up in Longview, Texas, the youngest of three boys. Born into an active and athletic family, he lettered in high school football, basketball, baseball, and track. While a business major at Baylor University, throughout college Rich worked with the university's Fitness Department where he found a love of helping others achieve their health and fitness goals. Rich has developed a brand of fitness and nutritional integration that leads to lasting lifestyle transformations.

Rich moved to Los Angeles in 2011 and, in addition to appearing in several national commercials, television shows and print campaigns, he has developed a clientele that includes top fashion models, TV personalities, Academy Award winners, and numerous entertainment professionals. His cutting edge fitness program is currently in video production to transition his fitness, weight loss, and lean muscle building methods to fitness video series.
