About Tovah

Tovah, an author and inspirational speaker, whose name means goodness, was born on the 13th day of Spring - the number 13 being symbolic of transformation and Spring being the season of Rebirth. His grandparents, who raised him, lived in house number 13. His mother remarried on the 13th day of the month. He turned 13 years of age on Black Friday. His first love lived in house number 13. His only relationship partner’s birthday was the 13th of the month. After his ‘Dark Night of The Soul’ experience in 1995, on Christmas Day, he asked "Show me in a way that I can impart this to others?" He then had life experiences he hadn’t had before, and by using the technique of ‘Ask and receive’, received answers in a series of 'a-ha' moments, (aka 'light-bulb' moments). In 1996, the mathematical statement 1 = ∞, expressing The Theory of Everything (TOE) was revealed to him. In 1997, he met his essence twin (aka twin flame) that although physically they are not together, spiritually, they cannot be torn asunder. It was whilst on The Mountain*, that he quite literally, allowed the mystery of Life - who we truly are, why we are here and what we are meant to be doing, be revealed to him - and now to us.

In his home country, his birthday falls on Friday the 13th, in 2013.

*The Mountain is both a level of consciousness AND a geographic location. (Hint: all the really B-I-G stuff happens in either The Wilderness, The Forest or The Mountain.)

The lyricist Maynard James Keenan from my favourite band "TOOL", an american spiritual art rock band said " If I cannot heal from my art, how can it heal you ?" I feel the same when I read this book, it has the ability to HEAL people, to guide them and make wiser decisions involving their own life and their relationship with others, which is highly commendable and NECESSARY in fact in such a superficial, chaotic world.

I respect you Tovah.. you are "Rocky Balboa with wings ";-) Please keep writing

This book is 1230 words long, but contrary to what logic dictates, its size is subjective. It is short in the sense that you can read it all in two minutes, but you can meditate on each of its sentences for a whole lifetime, therefore making the book of infinite length.
I think I've just created a new Tovah like dictum: "A sentence can be short for the short sighted and of infinite length for those who really try to understand it".

I liked it for its' shortness and concentrated wisdom in every single sentence. Some sentence become clear only after several repetitions. Greatly activates my radiant thinking. Read it two times, and gonna read one more a bit later, to see if my perception of things changes over time. Thanks Tovah!

Tovah understands the virtue of adhering to a minimalist aesthetic in matters of the spirit. That does not mean the book lacks substance however. Quite the opposite is true, as each page contains words of wisdom able to be contemplated deeply and seriously. Treat this book like an espresso shot of spiritualism; one small dose nourishes the soul for an entire day.

Great book, very spiritual. This isn't a book that you can just mindlessly skim through, each quote is meant to be pondered for as long as it takes. I know ill be going back through this book many times in the future, thanks Tovah!

Hi, I read through this booklet one afternoon, then found I had to go back and consider each page separately; be in my space so to speak. Each page elicits contemplation. Each contemplation can take me quite deep.

There's a few of Tovah's quotes that don't ring the right bells however I'll most definitely be going back to those, a re-reading the whole booklet more slowly on a 'pick-a-page and just go there' style to fully appreciate the depth of each and it's meaning to me.

I have been delving into the self help world for sometime now which has led me more and more to the spiritual side of life, which is how i came across this book. Its the 1st one I have seen like it, and so I didnt quite grasp it at 1st, however when I really focused on the sayings presented in the book I have discovered that there truly is very deep and profound meaning behind each and every quote, I felt that there was a deep wisdom, and even some form of divinity in the quotes. Truly insightful book if you allow it to be.. Thanks Tovah !
