Diana Selene is beginning her first semester of college away from home and it is a lonely and confusing time for her. She soon meets Darien Gregory, who is arrogant, prideful, and treats everyone like they are less than human. However, there is much more to Darien than there appears to be and he introduces Diana to a hidden world of magic and mystery that she never thought possible.
Diana Selene is an eighteen year old girl from the Midwest who is beginning her first semester of college away from home. It is a confusing time for a young person who is somewhere between the child they were and the adult there are supposed to become. As time goes on and Diana becomes used to college life, she comes into contact with a young man named Darien Gregory who is arrogant and prideful and treats everyone like they are less than human. Diana loathes Darien and the two have a mutual relationship of disdain. However, there seems to be much more to Darien than what appears on the surface. After an evening of danger, excitement, and wonder, Diana is introduced to a world she never thought possible.
