Great book. Loved it. It tells a coming of age story of two girls, in rural Canada. The characters are fully developed. You are embroiloed in the farm life and interactions of family members, who face life full of trials and tribulations. Most people will identify with the problems that these people face, money shortge, crazy uncle, untimely death, etc.. You will feel for the characters, and root for them to succeed.
