Honestly it did not take me more than a few minutes purchasing your book to see it is what is sorely needed by parents around the world. Not only for themselves but the entire family. I know I would have been willing to eat healthier growing up if my Mom would have presented these tips and tricks to us as children. There is FUN to be had within these pages. Whoever said eating healthy was boring, expensive, or just to hard to do has not seen this book. The recipes are fun, and easy to follow, and I can hardly wait to try out some of the things I have read in here on my family. This book strives to bring back not only healthy eating, but builds on family ties. This author is a breath of fresh air and all I can say is thank you for caring enough to share these pages with us. I would give this book a 10 but 5 stars is the highest star count they allow a reviewer to give.
