Short description

For those who loved it on FictionPress.com. A re-telling of some Norse myths with a generous helping of literary license. Note: "steam level" is on par with a spicy romance novel, but just barely. Also note: All editing, what little there is, has been done by me, the author. READ AT YOUR OWN RISK.

Extended description

Sigyn has never gotten a lot of notice among the gods. Most of the time, she doesn't mind. Until Loki shows up. Now, the peaceful realm of Asgard seem to find itself rocked by his tricks, and Sigyn along with it. If she didn't enjoy it so much, she might complain.

Now that he's in Asgard, Loki feels like he's finally made it. Time to kick back and relax. But as he settles in (and down) the peaceful world he thought he'd find turns out to be an illusion. Only his Little Mouse, Sigyn, still accepts him as things fall apart. But when he finds "peace" may threaten Sigyn as well, to what lengths will the God of Mischief go to keep her safe? And what will be the cost to them both?

At first I didn't know what to think of Loki and Sigyn's relationship, but it grew on me. Loki is sexy and the world of Asgard is corrupt! The book lends itself to more of the traditional story tellings of ancient gods and goddesses, which are not always easy to swallow but hard to fault in their truthfulness. A great read and I do recommend it to those with a thirst for epic tales!
