Because I’m a smashwords author myself, I enjoy downloading samples of books I’m interested in... compare them to my own. I have to admit, I delete most of them within the first 5 pages. Truth is, because of a little head hopping from the get-go I nearly threw this one away. I’m glad I didn’t. It turned out to be a real nail biter. It’s the story of a little boy who becomes profoundly affected after an NDE. The premise grabbed me from the start. I give it 4 stars, rather than 5, because of the few POV “errors” at the beginning.
