When Ellen Whyte and her family moved to Kuching, Sarawak, Scoop the cat moved in, resisted any attempts to be “scooped” out of the house, and persuaded them to give him the life he knew he deserved.

Au joined the family after they moved across the South China Sea to Malacca, in West Malaysia.

As Scoop and Au brought so much love and light into our lives, Ellen Whyte began sharing their stories. The Malaysian newspaper The Star publishes the Katz Tales column once a month, and Marshall Cavendish published Katz Tales: Living Under The Velvet Paw in 2009.

However, as there are always more stories than there are avenues for publication, The Adventures Of Scoop and Au is the first of a brand new eTales series.

All the stories in this collection took place between 1998 and 2007 and feature Scoop and Au exclusively.

I hope you enjoy these Tales as much as I enjoyed writing them. The proceeds of this book go to Trap Neuter and Release the strays who live in my neighbourhood.

Telling the story of two handsome man-cats in Malaysia. The 15 stories in this book are funny, touching and always entertaining. I highly recommend this book to all!

Just can't get enough of Katz Tales! Started with the free one about Boris and am now hooked. Wonderful stories. Sweet, fun and sooooo true about cats!

Cute, funny and so true. Any cat lover will enjoy this book of anecdotes. A great gift for a loved one or just a book to have lying around to read from occasionally. (A great bathroom book)
