Short description

The shell of us, the outward covering is how we are seen by others. As with the acorn, the shell must open and expose the fruit to the elements, to the sunshine, rain, storms and calm. The best and worst of us lies within the shell. We all live in A Place called Dry Bones until we reveal the fruit to others and to ourselves. The shell must endure the winters to reveal the good fruit in spring.

Extended description

Before chaos, there was God.
Then God said, “Let there be light,” and there was light. God saw that the light was good, so He divided the light from the darkness, (Genesis 1: 3-4).
Each dark night of our lives beckon the Hope Stealers. With hope drained, they drive us toward the Place Called Dry Bones. Thomas chose the world as an inheritance instead of embracing God because he feared Gethsemane and what it required of him. Thomas relinquished God for the Midas within himself.
Julian and Mr. Roy, despite the horrific dark nights, accept God’s hand and await His Light to divide it from their darkness. God’s children are His light, His Restorers, who rescue as many souls from the enemy as possible. We are God’s Light shining forth in the darkness and offering Eternal Hope.
