Description

Ginny figured being a modern woman, stuck in the past, playing other people's lives would be fun. It turns out, it's just work. She's now in the body of a girl in Regency England, trying to catch a husband. The problem is, she doesn't know who to fall for. With three good options, Ginny needs to use all her wiles to catch the love of her life. Too bad it doesn't quite work out that way.

I almost didn't buy this book. The first novel was really slow to get into the story, but it gave a back story that helped with the following novels. This novel made me keep reading it even while I was at work. That is usually a good sign that I didn't want to put it down. Keep it up. Looking forward to others in this series.

Compared to the first novel (and its slow start), this one captured my interest from the very beginning. I stayed up all night reading it (and am paying for it with sore eyes this morning!). It was truely a moving story line and I look forward to reading the next in the series.

such a fun concept, I'm not a fan at all of books written as if they are in the past but the fact she's from 'today' and she speaks like she is makes it readable for me. The series is very addictive, i got the 1st one of the series free and i loved it so much I obviously had to get the next 2....and im waiting on payday for the 3rd that i just saw she's published!

The pace and tone of this work is consistent with other historical romance novels I've read, intentionally plodding to reflect the mannerisms of the era. It works! I couldn't turn away from my reader and when I finished the last page I immediately wanted more. Thank you Jennifer Connors, for making my evenings so blissfully entertaining.
