A very original and funny take on werewolves. I loved it.

This short story is about 9-10 pages of story text and was just the right size for a quick read before bed when I was too tired to dig into a novel. It is a fun little story about a wiccan who unexpectedly gets in touch with his furry side. Sometimes short stories can be disappointing, but I was very satisfied with this one. There was a beginning, a middle, and an end with a twist that made me smile. I thought it was well written and proofed, and though I did have a couple of minor quibbles, it's nothing I'm going lose sleep over. I'm glad I picked this one up the other night.

Lovely and original take on werewolves (from someone who isn't really a werewolves lover) :-)

A fun play on urban fantasy and Greek mythology! Author Krista D. Ball manages to pack a full tale into a short story format--a dysfunctional family with wonderfully dysfunctional secrets, a protagonist hopelessly in denial, and an ancient diety out looking for a little fun.
A definite must for those who enjoy humorous shorts poking fun of angsty fantasy tropes!

A fun fast read for fantasy lovers. Despite the short story format, the characters sparkled into life and author Krista D. Ball, as always, does as she promises and turns stereotypes inside out. I thoroughly enjoyed The Amazing Transformation of Wicca Dog .
