It is obvious that God has blessed Luoma with a sharp mind that can see past the myriad barriers that have been placed between God and man over the centuries. By going back to the beginning and listening to the stories of the people who were there at the time of Christ we learn much more about his message. Something happened to Christianity in the time when they stopped using the fish as a symbol and selected the cross. Luoma seems genuinely interested in helping us find the fertile ground Christ left for us and less interested in the structure we've built that says God speaks to the preachers and they speak to us. We are all in touch with God directly and the more we realize that the better we and the rest of the world will be. Thanks Mike!

Mike Luoma's is to be pitied that he has been lead so far astray. This text offers nothing new and only serves as a warning about how far someone can be misled by people as heretical as John Dominic Crossan, et al. Read this only after you have a firm grip on what Christianity really is and the true nature of i's history. This is closer to the fiction of The DaVinci Code than it s to an historical text. Mike's insight into his struggle with much of what is presented as the church in America is very telling. I will agree that there is much to be concerned about. Being heretical does nothing to help the situation. GOD bless.
