In the second installment of the McKenna Series, McKenna is up against a very powerful unknown force. When dead bodies and abandoned cars start showing up on the pack’s land, everyone is convinced that it is the work of the vampires but McKenna isn’t so sure. During her investigation she may have stumbled upon a clan of ancient vampires who have ties to the ‘Moon Fallen,’ a pack of werewolves believed to have been purged centuries ago but she still isn’t convinced. Even at the emergency Alpha Meeting, the bodies keep piling up, McKenna keeps looking for the connection between all the deaths. Can McKenna solve this mystery before she loses the only Alpha werewolf she cares about?
