About Michael McClung

Michael McClung was born in San Antonio, Texas, but now lives in Singapore. He's had a number of odd jobs over the years, including soldier, book store manager, and bowling alley pin boy, but the oddest by far is being a father.

His first book, the Sword & Sorcery novel "Thagoth," won the Del Rey Digital first novel competition in 2002 and was published by Random House in 2003. It has been re-released as 'The Thief Who Spat In Luck's Good Eye' and is available just about everywhere ebooks are sold.

In his spare time, Michael enjoys kickball, brooding and picking scabs.

Interesting relatable characters, well written, light touch, and "emotionally poignant". Which I knew how to say that last part without it sounding cheesy.
