Short description

When Aaslan’s duty to escort his sister, Aisha, to a neighboring village is met with defeat, he must journey to find his sister through the underground tunnels of the Turkish countryside. I was quickly gripped by the character's and what their fates would be within this story. Linda Pedley weaves a tale of endurance and hope with a great sense of place and time as well as engaging character's. The tension had me unable to leave Aaslan in his quest.
I would recommend this book to anyone & everyone who enjoys great writing.
