After the Dawn

38 original poems--powerful, symbolic, familiar, experimental--packed with emotion on subjects ranging as widely as a child's birth ("For Eric") to a meditation on the banality of evil ("Death Sentence"), a humorous ode touching baseball ("Chin Music") to pure political outrage ("Don't Gimme That Jazz"), a prayer for "America" to a hymn of gratitude for another ("Brigit"), and much more.
