In Khost, Afghanistan, CIA agents Marc Segal and Adam Wesley welcome new recruit Nermin Iskander, a beautiful Egyptian-American linguist, and start a playful competition for her affections as they work together to capture and interrogate Al Qaeda operatives including a London subway bomber (Jamal) and Osama Bin Laden’s former driver (Izz). This leads to the assassination of Bin Laden, and Izz claims he knows where Bin Laden hid three caches of gold.

In London, England, Arabian Prince Naseem al Massuod, a wealthy real estate and media mogul, is on a mission to contain a royal scandal: his cousin Prince Nedal, grandson of King Galal, has killed his male bodyguard and lover, and the British authorities will try him as a common criminal. Through his close ties to American intelligence, Naseem learns about Jamal’s capture and opens diplomatic channels to exchange Jamal for Nedal.

Imran and attaché Sheik Omar. The party turns out to be an orgy where Dmitri, a Russian pimp, provides call girls, and Omar sells temporary marriages so that the guests can wed the whores, sleep with them for the night, and then divorce them in the morning.

Sandwiched between two Russian blondes, Sheik Omar dies in bed. His iPad containing the marriage contracts goes missing, and Naseem remains married to the Russian Anna Kmarov, whom he can’t even talk to.

Though polygamy is common among Massuodi princes, Naseem’s wife and former beauty queen, Princess Nore, had married him with an agreement of exclusivity. The two wives’ rivalry escalates while Naseem contains the orgy scandal. Other complications arise: anonymous extortion notes arrive, Dmitri claims to be Anna’s brother and hence a royal in-law, Naseem falls in love with Anna’s youthful charm, and Anna becomes pregnant. Having only daughters, Naseem realizes if Anna bore him a male heir, he could be named Galal’s successor.

Back in Arabia, Fayed’s first wife, Princess Carmen, and children, Princess Misha and Prince Tarak, maintain the dignity of their royalty despite Fayed’s drug addiction and gambling debts. Tarak at twelve already schemes for the throne, and Misha enrols in the American University in Beirut, Lebanon, and enjoys freedoms denied women in Arabia. She begins a secret romance with fellow student Mohsin, son of a prominent Lebanese general.

To celebrate the prisoner exchange, Naseem invites the CIA agents to his yacht to honour them with medals. Abroad Naseem’s private 777, Adam and Marc hack Naseem’s computer and find Omar’s marriage contracts, sold to many high-ranking British and American officials.

Nermin’s parents travel from Baltimore to meet her in London. Nermin’s long-time suitor, Dr. Medhat, tags along to propose marriage. She also receives proposals from Adam and Marc, who shows his love by shedding his treasured hippie hairdo and goatee.

On the yacht en route to Rome, the CIA agents’ boss, Col. Gibson, recognizes Dmitri as Mikhail Chinn, a Chechen terrorist. On deck, Adam and Marc overhear him arguing with Col. Imran, Assad’s security chief, about the blackmail plot. The exchange ends with Imran killed and Mikhail on the run. A pained call from Fayed to Naseem reveals the rest: Deep in gambling debt, he and Doris, Mikhail’s girlfriend, joined Mikhail’s and Imran’s plot to poison Omar and extort millions from Naseem and Assad. Fayed commits suicide.

The CIA reassigns Nermin to Langley in the States to follow up on Izz’s interrogations. This move gives Medhat the advantage with Nermin. Marc must decide whether to keep up the hunt for Mikhail or go back to his old job at Lockheed to be near the woman he loves.
