This short, too short book was great. I was amazed how much I learned about the characters in such a short story. I would love to hear about the before story and especially the after. Look forward to more from this author.

I'll be blunt. I like stories with people having sex in them. I like it a lot.

But the key word in that sentence is "people" meaning I want actual characters with personalities. Ms. Wilder here has written a lovely tale that could easily transition to a full novel. Despite its brevity I got to know the two protagonists well and at the climax of the story was just as happy for them as I was aroused.

This was the first story of hers that I've read, but it definitely won't be the last.
