Short description

Opaque Window is a book of poems touching on Politics, Greed, Hypocrisy, Parenting, Love, Hope, and maybe some Aliens.

Extended description

Opaque Window is a selection of poems that have crossed through the fabrics of my mind onto paper or pixilated lettering on a glowing monitor. Some of these works are old, some are new. I would like to believe my art is timeless, and that these poems will carry validity through the ages. This short anecdote of literary pleasure can be paired with a steaming cup of coffee, a crisp Chianti, or an entire bottle of rum. I know that they pair well, because as a writer, especially a poet. Drinking is in the craft. I hope that you enjoy reading these as much as I enjoyed writing them. Shoot me a review either negative or positive. This book is free, so what I ask is more vital and expensive- your precious time.
Thank You
Kurt T Thomson

This is a nice collection of poems. I'm glad it was free but I would pay to see it in print.

Some parts of this book are political, but it seems that they are from a time long, long, ago, like the beginning of the war. Other parts are sad, and some parts are even funny. I would recommend this book to anyone that likes poetry that doesn't seem like poetry.

This is a great book! I love the poetry, except for some of the language.

Brutally honest! Its a fun read. Even when you disagree with the poet you can't help but admire his use of words. Favorites are My Answer, Forgotten, and Carpe Nochem.
