Allie is her firm’s youngest lawyer. Over the course of her life, she has worked hard to excel in her field. Up until this point, she hasn’t paid a price for her success. But now, all of that stress is catching up with her and causing painful headaches.

Allie’s doctor quickly concludes that she is stressed. If she keeps working so hard, the headaches won’t go away. In fact, they might become a permanent fixture of her life. As such, he prescribes a very specific treatment for Allie: infantile regression.

After she signs the requisite wavers and legal releases, her doctor gains complete control over her. Now Doctor Holt and his two helpers will make sure Allie gets all of the attention she needs. Nurse Dana Hathaway and his candy striper, Megan, will take very good care of her. First, they get her ready with an initial examination. They strip Allie down, take her weight and check her vitals. Satisfied with her results, Doctor Holt decides they can proceed with her treatment.

First, she is restrained, diapered, and given an enema. From there, Allie is made to beg for a change. Fortunately for her, Nurse Dana and Megan are happy to help this overworked baby with her messy diaper. After her first changing, they keep her diapered and continue her regression.

Utterly humiliated, Allie tries to end her treatment prematurely, which means she needs to be strapped down or secured in her crib at all times. When she is allowed to move around freely, either her nurse, doctor, or the candy striper must hold onto her leash. A baby harness makes sure she stays nice and safe.

As her treatment progresses, Allie behaves well enough to earn a special treat. She asks to be allowed to go back to work, if only for a little while. She thinks this might be the best way for her to find a way out of this situation. If she can find an ally or some help, then maybe, just maybe, she won’t be confined to baby harnesses and diapers anymore.

Her doctor gives her one hour back at the office. The catch? She has to go in diapers. This might be her last chance. If she fails, then Allie will be stuck as his patient forever. Megan and Nurse Dana will get to play with her whenever and however they want. Her future will be one of diaper changes, bottles, playing with stuffed animals, and getting put on display for Doctor Holt’s friends and potential clients to see.
