Lila Felix made the decision to write a book after being encouraged by friends. She is a stay at home mom to three wild children and three boisterous dogs and her high school sweetheart husband encourages her daily. Between writing books, she loves to read and watch sappy 80's movies. Favorite things: ice cream, anything purple, roller derby and any kind of music she can get her hands on. If you're looking for her, try looking in the swamp, she's probably duct taping something under the shade of a Cypress tree.

This story Hurt my Heart, Made me want to cry, BUT I also felt so much Love & Joy when reading about Jenna & Carlos's Journey.
To read about this Courageous Girl, Jenna and what she had to Endure growing up with such a Miserable excuse of a mother who is no mother in my book, A Terrible stepfather to boot! Jenna is a Quiet, in the corner of the classroom kind of girl who gets Good grades, she just stays under the radar of everyone or so she thinks. (wink, wink) In POPS... Carlos this Amazingly Cute and Sweeeeet as Apple pie guy who HAS NOTICED our Jenna but could never pinpoint her location in school. By some Miracle she ends up in the same Drama class as Carlos and from there a Beautiful relationship Blossoms. This story had me feeling both of the characters' emotions. Is anything ever Smooth Sailing?? NOPE I say with a POP on the "P" BUT and I say BUT I do Recommend you Grab yourself a copy ASAP :D and not Miss out on all that is Carlos & Jenna!!!!!!! You Won't Regret reading what happens to these two

this book really hit home to me and immediatly connected with Jenna and sadly in some parts i coward with her. i just wanted to jump in this book grab her hand and say we are outta here!! but luckily Carlos was there to the rescue. Carlos is truely a knight in shining armour and he steps up to save the damsel in distress. i loved watching their story unfold and was so happy with the ending. i think everyone should read this book period...
