This is a Fantastic book for all who are thinking of becoming a landlord or those that already are. I have been a landlord for a while now and found some new perspectives that I will be using. The advice on making affordable repairs is spot on. Every chapter has some great tips. I particularly liked the advice on using land trusts. This is something I am now looking into. I highly recommend this book.

Just having purchased my first investment property on my own, the author's in-depth knowledge of the necessary forms and procedures has been invaluable to me. His instructions were very easy to follow and gave me guidance as to options available.
I highly recommend this book for a prerequisite to purchasing or considering rental properties.
