Short description

Grace is a vampire protector sworn to protect the Vampire Council and their leader, Lucas. Alex is Lucas' 17 year old human grandson and Grace's latest assignment. The Acelades, sworn enemies of the Council want to kidnap Alex to gain power. This union will cause the death and destruction of the human world and allow one family to rule all vampires and humans alike."

Almost 200 years ago at 18 years of age, Grace Kennedy was changed into a vampire. Since this time, she has become part of an elite group of vampires known as the protectors, who serve the Vampire Council. As a protector she is sworn to guard the Sempres and fight the Acelades. So when Grace is approached by Lucas Sempre, the head of the Vampire Council, for a special assignment she accepts no questions asked.
