About Ruth Welburn

Ruth Welburn, M.Sc., studied at the University of New Brunswick where she obtained her Master of Science degree. She is a published researcher, and has taught and worked at universities in Fredericton, Calgary, Victoria and Melbourne where she studied virology, microbiology and infectious diseases.
Ruth is also an award-winning writer of fiction and magazine articles.
Currently, she lives in beautiful Sidney-by-the-Sea in British Columbia, Canada and continues to write.
